Detailed session talking about your past relationship with activity, exercise, weight loss and nutrition I help you define realistic goals and what you want your non-negotiable behaviours and habits to be moving forward. Your First Session

Getting you comfortable with movement is my priority, so assessing where you are right now and what you like doing is the key to building a progressive program bespoke to you. This is a session to play and understand your body better.

A bit about me

Hi I’m Katy and I’m not your typical personal trainer.

For 20 years I was out of shape. 6 years ago I was 22 kilos heavier. I spent 2 decades on the work and commuting conveyor belt. I’m a Mum to a primary schooler. I’m older than the average PT. I have a physical disability.

I'm proof you can change.
