Detailed session talking about your past relationship with activity, exercise, weight loss and nutrition I help you define realistic goals and what you want your non-negotiable behaviours and habits to be moving forward. Understanding your current health, daily life, loves and loathes is the crux to setting your foundations or sustainable health and fitness.

A bit about me
Hi I’m Katy and I’m not your typical personal trainer.
For 20 years I was out of shape. 6 years ago I was 22 kilos heavier. I spent 2 decades on the work and commuting conveyor belt. I’m a Mum to a primary schooler. I’m older than the average PT. I have a physical disability.
I'm proof you can change.
