Personal Training in a small group
A bespoke training plan with personalised coaching delivered in a group of up to 4 women. Plus all the out of session support you get with one-to-one PT.
Inclusive for all fitness levels
Personalised guidance and coaching in session, with the group setting meaning you can be inpired by and inspire others irrespective of where you are on your journey.
Support & camaraderie
A community of formidable women supporting each other and encouraging positive self-talk. It is a little bit magic.
Hosted in an inclusive private space at the FMG Project
Devoted session times with flex when you need it
Sessions are pre-work/ commute, after school drop-off and at lunchtime - they are subject to availability
Monday – 6.30AM/ 7.30AM / 8.30AM/ 9.30AM/ 10.30AM/ Midday
Wednesday - 6.30AM/ 7.30AM / 8.30AM/ 9.30AM/ 10.30AM/ Midday
Friday - 9.30AM/ 10.30AM/ MiddayThere are facilities on site to shower
